§2 Definitions
Seller – Artur Sheiderov
Customer – a natural person making a purchase in the Store
Store – the online store operated by the Seller
Product – goods offered in the Store
Sales Contract – a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller
§3 Placing Orders
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Store’s website.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
A Sales Contract is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process an order in justified cases, in particular if incorrect data is provided or payment is not received.
§4 Prices and Payments
All prices in the Store are stated in Polish zloty (PLN).
Prices include applicable taxes in accordance with Polish law.
Available payment methods:
a) online payments (Stripe: payment card, BLIK),
b) other payment methods available in the Store.
Payment must be made before the order is processed.
§4a Sales Documents
The Seller issues sales documents in accordance with applicable Polish law.
At the Customer’s request, the Seller may issue a sales document (receipt or invoice).
The request should be submitted by email within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Documents are issued in electronic form.
§5 Delivery
Delivery is carried out within the territory of Poland, unless otherwise specified.
Delivery costs and estimated delivery time are provided during the order process.
Order processing time begins once payment has been received.
§6 Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period starts from the day the Customer receives the Product.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send a clear statement by email.
In case of withdrawal, the Seller refunds all payments received (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days.
Refunds are made using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
§6a Exceptions (Important)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products sealed for hygiene reasons that have been opened after delivery.
This includes cosmetic products such as gels, gel polishes, bases, tops, and other nail styling products.

§7 Returns
Returns are possible only after withdrawal from the contract.
The Customer must return the Product within 14 days.
The Product must:
- not be used
- be unopened
- be in original packaging

The Customer bears the cost of return.
The Seller may refuse returns if the Product shows signs of use or damage.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the Product is received.
§8 Complaints
The Seller is liable for defects under the Polish Civil Code.

Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
§9 Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR (RODO).
Detailed rules are described in the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.
§10 Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions come into force on the date of publication on the Store’s website.
In matters not regulated herein, Polish law applies.
